Now I know he's a ex scum bag BUT who would have him on loan for the season he has a point to prove he's quick exciting and has good skill can be a wonderful acquisition to a team like ours!

Serious answer who would have him an those who wouldn't why? Just coz he is a former rat (which is a good reason mind so don't worry   )

Ability wise yes
Attitude wise no
He seems a big headed fucker who left a club to chase big money rather than play regular football on decent wages.

how can you say ability - yes???

he has failed in the prem at Chelsea, Man City, Wigan and Swansea.

he is the perennial championship player a la Stephen dobbie, adel taraabt and Charlie adam.

Not sure he failed at Swansea if I'm honest! And I would of gone to man city if they asked anything to get away from that smoggy dirty small inbred town!!

At Chelsea he was a youngster, Swansea I recall him being excellent and, well, Dzeko can't get in the Man City squad and I'd take him.

Point is, he's not a CL player, but would be an asset for anyone outside the top 8 imo. He's basically the player Tom Ince could be if he fulfils his potential. And apart from the attitude and price tag, we were all pretty excited there.

In short, I'd take him.

I wouldn't want him here but how on earth could he have failed at Swansea if Man City paid millions for him..? I know they like throwing their money away at times but on players who have failed at their present clubs..?

We couldn't believe our luck when Citeh offered us nearly 8m for him.Very limited in the big league.Very good championship player though but the full backs up here are quick and as quick as SS,if not quicker.Takes a cracking penalty though :laughing6:

Oh well if City are throwing money away like that then maybe we should ask for £8 million for the Eastern European flop of a striker we paid a couple of million for then

I'll hold my hands up and admit that perhaps I'm wrong here. He was excellent int he Championship, but to be honest I barely saw him in the Prem, I was more going on this:

I assumed that if Citeh paid £8m for him he must have continued his form. Sounds like I was wrong though! :thumbright:
