Malky Mackay & Mr T......What a formidable force

I must say that this duo has been the best partnership, on and off the pitch, that I can ever remember for Cardiff City.

I think it's a blessing in disguise that Tan knows very little about football, but sees a lot of positives in Mackay. He obviously has total trust in what Malky is doing and backs him fully.

Equally everytime Tan is mentioned by Malky in an interview he has nothing but good things to say about the way Tan has backed him and bought into his football vision. They speak almost daily and I'd bet that it's got to the stage that any new player dossier, with whatever price tag, dropped on Tan's desk is no longer even looked at but just rubber stamp.

The longer that these two super heroes stay together at our club the better we shall be for it.

It's good to see that you can put the rebrand asisde, as painful as it is for many, and look at the bigger picture, which is all positive in my view.

I'll never wear red & will always help to get our rightful colours back but I support Cardiff City FC and always will mate.

The main gripe from some was that we somehow needed a Football Man in to help Malky?

What a load of bollocks that turned out to be. Malky has come here with a blueprint as to
how a successful Club should be managed. Tan has obviously gone over his ideas with a fine
toothcomb and given him the thumbs up. And walked away from the Football side of it.
The only thing i think Tan has had to do with players is to encourage Malky to have a look
and see whats available in the Far East (for obvious reasons)..... and along came Kim Bo.

Cardiff City is a totally different Club now. Tan has made one mistake and one mistake only
and that was when he failed to consult with the supporters over the rebrand. Ill advised and
rude of him. We could have been playing in red shirts with blue shorts and socks and with a
far more professional looking badge. There would have been no Bluebirds Unite then. There
would have still been plenty pissed off about losing the Blue shirt but he'd have won over the
vast majority just by being honest about it all

Seems that VT is happy to support MM with money when required. Keep it up

Agree totally. Malky seems to be able to recruit top quality players ready to work hard and get them at bargain prices some how!
