Caulker & Ince big difference in attitude

What a difference in attitude between Caulker and Ince, I wonder if Ince will feel like big time Charlie come 5pm Saturday ?

Big difference in PL experience too. Ince has none and they are both the same age. Caulker has achieved more in his 21 years and signs from a massive club. The difference is, Ince thinks he's massive and I suppose he is at little Blackpool

You can tell in his short interview he wanted to be here, He wants first team football that's the only way he is going to get a chance playing for England and fulfill his potential

Caulker want's to play Football and we came in for him and he was happy to join, the deal was done very well and quickly which was great.
