Most media outlets including the BBC and WalesOnline have now reported that a medical is being carried out and deal is close to being done. It's a bit more than a rumour.

Undergoing a medical as we speak. Unless he fails it he's ours. A player has to agree his personal terms and the selling club their fee before a medical takes place. So I'd say it's more than a rumour you clown.
