Just got back home from Brentford and once again it was a blue day following City away

Not a good result and sloppy football, at least our fans turned out again in force in blue, lets keep it going all season

These threads are pathetic, and will bring shame and embbarasment upon the club this season, on the biggest stage in the world, just a shame that a lot of the blue brigade never wore blue before the re brand.

Only in our second.season with the rebrand of course there is going to be more blue shirts, give it 5 years ife are still in prem i can.see alot more red beig worn by our fans, i honestly couldnt.care less if people wear blue or red aslong as they support the.boys

With a bit of luck Vt will get to hear that 500 fans traveled to Brentford for a friendly and of the 200 or so wearing shirts, the majority chose to wear blue.
If he finds that out I can see it making a huge difference to his thoughts and plans.

I believe there's no doubt the fans (red or blue) will get behind the team when the season starts & there will be no division.
I also don't believe that we will become a laughing stock in fact I think the opposite will happen & true fans of other clubs around the country will appreciate the efforts regarding our true colour & identity. Of course we will still be subject to banter from opposite fans at games.
I'd like to see what would happen with fans of clubs like Celtic, Newcastle, Liverpool etc, etc if they tried to change their colours!?

Mostly kids there last night it was quite amusing them singing "we'll always be blue" only to go very quiet when a group of well known well built older males replied with the words "you'l always sniff glue" made me smile anyway

There was Blue, there was Red and there were casual's, looked like a bit of a mix. As much as most of us want Blue there will allways be a mix of colours in the crowd, as it allways was even before Tan turned us Red

So do do class yourself as a sellout?

Why the hell would I class myself as a sell out, get real, I have supported them for 46 yrs, I probably do more to encourage people to go and watch Cardiff, where do you live? We are closer to Swansea than Cardiff, our supporters club have 4 buses booked for the Man Citu game, just because I will wear red I am a sell out, quite pathetic realy, that this is taking over your life, far more important things in life than this.

Whose telling people what to do, these are my thoughts, and I would like to think that I give a balanced view, unfortunately there are a lot of people on here who have tunnel vision and don't look at the bigger picture, it is not about the supporters, this is about this club being able to sustain football at the top level, but unfortunately some people would take this club backwards and down the leagues, playing in front of a few thousand fans, is that what we want? Self destructing.

Nothing wrong with supporters taking pride in seeing other supporters wearing Blue. I personally don't see it as a problem and doesn't effect me when I go to games.

Pro blue stuff doesn't make the club an embarrasment. Quite the opposite. It shows a pride in one's club. We are mixing it with the big boys now..the Man Utd's, the Liverpools, The Evertons..these are fan bases that are used to the top flight and are very proud of their clubs identity. We'll gain respect by continuing to wear blue.

How does being pro-blue equate to wanting the club in the lower leagues?

It's this kind of total made up nonsense that drives wedges between fans.

It's just total fantasy to say such a thing, and it's damaging too. I'm sick of it. It makes as much sense as saying those who are pro-red want the club to move to Malaysia..it's an equally bollocks argument!

What is wrong with campaigning for a return to blue? I think the club would be in a more sustainable and united state with it. Tan needs to engage and listen to legitimate concerns from his 'customers'.
