The best way to pass our savings onto our clients when we dont have the complete outlay of office outgoings.

Of course Adam. Good move in all fairness. Makes sense and gives you the opportunity to branch out at a much lower cost.
Good luck with your attempts to crack the market in London.
We have around 80% of our work being outside of Wales at the moment so with that type of marketplace then we have to get right in there and what better place than London

Agree with this.
I've been lucky and never had a day out of work since leaving school many years ago , but at times when my employment was looking dodgy , the first place I checked is the 'Net.
I don't know you Adam , but a very good move in my opinion and not just for passing savings to employers but also for getting in where people look first !

No probs. I admire your work ethic (and I do enjoy you and Polo's banter - obviously old mates).
People assume agency work is free money for the agency and (although I've never done agency work) I know from a mate that he had to work 16 hours most days to keep his agency running.
Good on ya mate , and good luck !

Excatly, I am very happy to shout from the rooftops that we cut back on everything (including office outgoings) to ensure that the savings are then passed onto our clients and its that vision which has given the business an encouraging start. I'm ok with people working from home in their pants while watching Jeremy Kyle as long as they bring in the figures at the end of the day

Cheers mate, hand on heart unfortunately its the only thing I know so I had to go back into it at the earliest opportunity I could. There was a report going back a few years which stated that the recruitment industry was one of the most stressful industries you can get and the constant turnover of staff within some of the agencies was absolutely crazy!!! Personally I wouldn't advise anyone who hasn't got an understanding family to go into this field. I met my wife whilst in the recruitment game and she knew from the start the calls 2/3/4am every morning was a very regular thing and they were also effected indirectly too with lack of sleep and stress that comes with it.

I hadn't thought of the family implications. Very good point and shows your work ethic again (I'm glad your missus understands).
Good luck Adam !
You may even get one over on Polo on here soon !(I don't know either but find their banter great)
