Anyone got an alternative to the 0845 345 1400 one? The thing keeps telling me im in a que then cuts me off

could jsut try the main office number, but i imagine they would tell you to ring the ticket office

Just have to be patient and wait for the queue to go down.

This number used to work for me, have not used it recently though. 0845 365 1115

Yet again Cardiff City only caring about those who live in Cardiff.
Seem happy to take money from those outside the city, but then do not give them a fair chance of tickets when they are in short supply.
How do they expect people to get time off work to drive/train to Cardiff to queue for tickets?
