First I was greeted by this message:
WE'RE SORRY!
Unfortunately, this time you don't have the correct privileges on your account to purchase tickets for this match. Why not return to ticket home and try another match?
It takes about half hour to load every page and you can't select your seat like you used to
Then when I finally get the seat I want in my basket and try to checkout I'm greeted by this:
Error
An unknown error has occurred. Please press continue to return to the ticket hub.
This is not what I expected having bought a Gold Membership

Exactly the same mate, could see my seat in my basket eventually after going in through my membership page and not by clicking on the match then got the error message! Just got through on the phone thankfully

Yeah but if you can get systems that cope with hundreds of thousands of people trying to buy concert tickets these days why do we have a system that is struggling with less than 5000 people? We are premier league now, I only expect the best haha

The website is an absolute joke, not only is it slow but it just wont process orders.

I just went on there and it told me that i did not have enough privileges although i'm a gold member, so i phoned up the ticket office, i got through straight away without ant problems, phone them up is the answer.
