Difference between Capoue & Ince Deals

Difference between Capoue & the Ince Deals is that Capoue will sign if no one else tables a bid, at 25 he will move especially in a world cup season.

He has stated he wants out of Toulouse at all costs basically. I think he will sign for us.

Tom Ince was some cocky prick who thinks he's better than he actually is, it was clear he was holding out for a move to Liverpool/Everton but the opportunity never came. Are Liverpool really going to value him as a Champions League Player as that's where they are aiming?
