CCFC Fans Time to Unite regardless of colour shirt

Sun Jul 28, 2013 8:00 pm

The season is fast approaching and our first game with West Ham and a difficult season ahead , but with a few more quality signings and essentially the support of All the City fans regardless of the colour rebrand and what colour shirt We all choose to wear . I for one will be wearing the Blue traditional colour shirt simply because thats My preference and personally I believe CCFC should of remained Blue , however the new owner feels different unfortunately , and in My view could of handled the whole issue more diplomatically by consulting the fan base for a concensus .

I like many are far too aware of the devision the rebrand has created and the potential for this issue to negatively effect the club , especially with a divided fan base, which I understand has already raised tempers in some of the friendly Pre season Games .In My view it is going to be crucial that CCFC stadium this coming season becomes a intimidating place to visit for Away Teams and away supporters with passionate singing and chanting whilst supporting the city players with UNITY regardless of the colour shirt.eg Blue Red etc

To conclude the forthcoming challenge for CCFC and us as a fan base must be to for all of us to concentrate on the task ahead and put our differences aside and support the club with a United Front .

Hope others feel the same sentiment .............

Is the above too much to expect or is it too sensible to adopt, I hope not ... CCFC UNITE

This won't happen. Reluctant reds believe Bluebirds Unite are causing the divide by distancing themselves and creating a fuss. Bluebirds Unite and pro blues believe Tan has caused the divide by the rebrand. The hope of unity is a distant one. Either reluctant reds need to accept Tan caused the divide or pro blues need to accept that they have caused the divide by distancing themselves and creating a new group. Neither will do that so our fan base will be fractured.

Great shame and no individual is bigger then the clun lets remember, and Im afraid I have to agree V Tan has not helped the problem as he fails to acknowledge he could handle the issue more democratically

Only divide I've see is on message boards and social networking sites.

At games nothing, speaking to people nothing.
Once in the ground who cares what fans prefer to wear :ayatollah:

No. Mr Tan caused the discord and division; he has the responsibility to bring reconciliation. FACT!
