from Rodney Parade where I watched what I thought would be Aston Villas First team. But they put out the U21 Side.

They were awful Fair play to Newport, they won 5:2 playing some good football to. Better than Cheltenham!

Just under 3k apparently, but Newport unhappy there was not one single player with a Prem experience having charged fans £17 to get in.

yer about 3k. fp to county, they made a good noise. they confident in newport about promotion to league 1 next year. played some decent stuff, as well. David Pipe had a good game. Wouldn't be surprised if Cole man will call him into the squad for Macedonia.

i think ceunty will do well this year but a bit apprehensive that they will reach the dizzy heights of league 1

good luck to them tho
