Best all round. He's not going to get much of a crack next season. Decent player, be an asset to any Championship club.

It's bull shit. Don is here to stay
Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:20 am
He needs to go for his own sake,i don't think he will get many opportunities in the Premiership
Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:21 am
I'd personally like to see him go, never really liked him and it could free up fees for a better player

So - you totally hang on every word of some twitter accounts & then dismiss others, with no logical reason...
I'd let him go, personally.

If we do sell them then I hope it's not on the cheap. Watford fans reckoned he was worth a £1m when we got him so let's see how much they value him at now (if the rumours are true of course)

Best for everyone if he moves on.
Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:28 am
Malky won't let him go, no chance!
Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:39 am
Bye bye Son of Malky.
Rubbish player and just the type we need to upgrade if we want to stay in the PL
Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:46 am
No great loss if Forest Gump decides to move on.

Want him to stay! Love Don Cowie

Although not the most technically gifted player, Don always give 100% which I'm sure rubs off on the other players, over the last 10 years these were the players that we were crying out for when Jones was signing all his journeymen, sadly as we embark on our next chapter 'hardwork' by itself won't be enough, we need to invest in players who carry that philosophy but also have the technical and skill levels to match. Will always be respected by me, and sure he won't let down whatever club he goes to - Pro!

Spot on mate. Harsh but true.
Never good enough last season with the squad we had but Son of always had his spot in the 18.
Mid table championship player.

Should let him go in order that he can play regularly elsewhere. Cannot see him get much match time with City.

Never let City down. Uncomplaining, head down professional. If he decides to leave i wish him
all the best

A tidy enough player - got no complaints about him. He goes with ny best, if indeed he goes...

Never question his attitude, but would be amazed if he featured much in Prem, so happy for him to move on. All the best Don Cowie & thank you

I'd be disappointed if he left. Been played on the wing alot which isnt his position but I actually think hes a very good CM. Played excellently there away to Blackburn.

I've spoken to his family, he has never really been given a chance since his fall out with Malky, but to be fair, the Premier League will be a massive step up for him.
By September I can see at least 5 City players gone.

Only joking
Cowie good overall for City and I thank him for his efforts. Not too sure about his Premier League prospects and in the interests of him wanting to play football week in week out I fully appreciate his reasoning
Good luck and best wishes, Don Cowie; an integral part of a historic Cardiff City FC team!

A player who scored a penalty in the final of the league cup deserves a bit more respect.
Why did he fall out with Malky?

Refusing to go to the casino with the other players before Liverpool Final, whole story is on the forum.

Great championship players as proven by our standing last year but, i agree a handful of these will struggle to make the step up and will be gone by close of transfer window whether it be loan or perm.
