After a quick search, I believe Guilherme Morais is a 17 year-old from Portugal who came through the ranks at Benfica. I can't find any information on his position, though.

As for Nathan Thomas, the only plausible player I can find with that name is a young winger currently playing for Sunderland's U18s squad. He recently scored two goals in a game against Stoke U18s - though I can't guarantee that it's definitely him named in tonight's City squad.

Scratch that - Guilherme Morais is a midfielder born in 1996.
