What do you all think of the signing of John Brayford(depending on medical) personally I'd like to see Kev given a run out but that's just me

i wasnt that overjoyed when i found out we were signing him to be honest. However, a quick look on the Derby forum has changed my mind, everyone loves him over there, and he seems to bring 100% and a bit of attacking intent as well. means in him and Taylor, we have two full backs who can get forward, which is important.

id say it was the opposite, at times last season he was our best defender, but got a nose bleed past the half way line and his distribution is borderline woeful.

Take my word for it - this is a quality signing. Brilliant going forward and strong defending. If you look at his record he has been voted player of the season nearly every year at each team he played for, he's definatley going to become 1st choice right fullback for us.

I haven't seen the guy play, but he sounds like a good prospect. Kev has served us well and I hope he gets a good crack at the Prem this season. He does need competition though, and we need some more quality in defence. I was watching some highlights earlier, of our home game vs Swansea in 08/09 when Kev made that surging run up the wing - a rare sight I know, but he's capable of it for sure...

Kevin has been a great servant to ccfc but I can't see him doing much at prem level. We do need other options there.

Malky was after him and no doubt saw him as a player who could help us get up and make the step up.

I think it is a great signing. Value is good too.

So he does have attacking intent, and the cross was a good one
