Yes, they'll be clapping their heroes. (Rooney, Suarez, Torres etc)

They will be to busy looking up united stats on match day to notice what's going on at our ground

I wouldn't have a problem applauding an opponent if they'd played really well and fairly against us.
One thing I would get up and applaud, is if I was to go to CCFC vs Liverpool and their fans were singing "Justice for the 96" - I'd definitely join in without hesitation...

He got stick during the game for choosing England over Wales , but he gave a master class in football that night and at the end got applauded by all parts of the ground and he in turn clapped all the Cardiff fans!

All the stand clapped a Bournemouth goal when we lost 2-1, think it was Scott Malone, beauty of a strike.

I remember Marco Gabbidini scoring a worldy for Northampton that had the whole ground applauding ! We lost that 2-1 as well ! Similarly Ched Evans for Norwich and that was yet another 2-1 defeat !!

Well I would & do.
I support CCFC & have no agenda with any other premier team but I'm a football fan & admire skill, brilliant goals, tackles, dribbling & saves.
I wouldn't applaud the opposition very often but if something exceptional happens then yes, of course.
