Absolute nonsense. If I was a footballer playing in Africa and getting called white c**t etc, it wouldn't bother me one bit. Why have they got to make such a big issue over nothing?

It was only around 2 years ago, a black Oldham player started crying at anfield due to racial abuse. I'm also sick of hearing this kick racism out of football crap when I don't hear any racism at football. I go to games regular.

There's still plenty of racism in football. Some hear a lot of it, others do not. It depends on many factors including where you sit in the ground. Society as a whole has a lot of racists still within it. Football is a part of society so is no different.

I do believe there is some wishful thinking where people think everyone will be accepted. This is not the case at all and there will always be some racism just as there will always be people who discriminate on disability, age, hair colour, religion and so forth.

It's human nature to judge those different to you and stick with your own. Animals herd and stick with their own group and are wary of those they do not know. Humans can claim to be as civilised as they like but the true facts are that we are still very much mammals with a natural influence ingrained within us.

Just because you don't hear it doesn't mean racism doesn't exist in football.

It's a money making business now for some people. Get themselves in the news, look important and get paid for it.
Brown (goalie on loan with us a couple of years ago) gets packed off to the wasteland of Scottish football, but pops up now and again whenever racism in football is mentioned.

Maybe not in the UK but go abroad and it is most definitely still a part of football and more worrying, society.

Abroad yes, but in this country, racism is not a problem.
