Off to dortmund tomorrow!

Tue Jul 23, 2013 10:12 pm

The day I fell in love with Cardiff was when my dad took me to watch Cardiff v Scarborough in the old division 3 I think It was, when we had the likes of stant and Carl dale playing for us. I just loved the atmosphere. I've missed it the last few seasons even though its a great time to be a Cardiff fan. I'm still a season ticket holder and cannot wait for the season to start, but the last few years I've been fascinated by the passion and atmosphere at dortmund games and tomorrow me and 3 mates are finally going out there till Sunday, to watch dortmund play bayern Munich in the super cup, standing in the near 30,000 terrace behind the goal in the famous sudtribune.. The super cup is basically the German charity shield and for people who don't realise what the sudtribune is, should check it out on youtube. It looks and sounds amazing. Supposed to one of the best atmospheres in the world. Can't wait to experience it but give me the old grange end any day :ayatollah: hopefully ill be coming hone Sunday to a few good signings.

I've also been on a dortmund Facebook page for the last 2 months following all their news etc. and they were fuming when we signed cornelius. The dortmund fans rekon he's a quality signing and they wanted him themselves. :malky:

yellow-black ticks... :puke:
;)
better come to Gelsenkirchen on Saturday; Schalke Opening Day plus they play Raul's new side. Will be very emotional, as its Raúl's Testimonal (farewell) game and I heard its a sellout...

Ordered my tickets weeks ago, taking my Dad for this one. Its ages we went to a match together...
