Why will he be a burden on the taxpayer?
If he is a millionaire as you say he is, then he will contribute to taxes far more than millions of other citizens.
Why would the tax payers pay for his house to be done up?

Wouldn't you want the best facilities for your child's birth?
If so, then why not go private, and not risk the NHS lottery.
By going private they have saved the tax payer money. As they have paid for all treatment, birth and ante natal treatments/care themselves.
He will go to a private school, which they will pay for.
Probably join the army and earn his own money as his father does.
So his birth, child care, schooling etc are all paid for directly by his parents. Incidentally while still paying taxes for the NHS, education etc. So he will be paying for services that we use, but he will not, so freeing up more spaces for others in those systems.

I know that 1,000's were Welsh, but look at the country's population and the amount of people needed in the coal/iron/steel/docks industries. It is obvious that 1,000's came here for work, as many Welsh would have stayed on their farms producing food, plus other ancillary products. Many Italians came here and set up cafe's. It sounds corny but is actually true. They claim they brought ice cream here, and I say God bless them for that.
