Tan can give us all the money, facilities and success he wants, but I will never enjoy supporting us as much as I did back during the Eddie May era. An era where we were in the bottom tier of the football league, but an era where I had a connection to my club, my local club that I used to be proud of.
Now I feel totally detached, I never thought I would experience scarfgate where I felt like an away fan in my own stadium. Tan's money will never change my feelings and emotions. Tan's money will never stop our club looking an embarassing laughing stock until we are given back our true identity.
Some of you just don't get it. To me, it doesn't matter how much good Tan does for us. Feeling part of my club means so much more to me than any future successes or trophies. I always dreamed we would one day reach the Premiership, but not this way, I still enjoyed the moment but it was soured by Tan's rebrand and I will never forgive him for making me feel this way.
The majority of you are being won over by the good Tan is doing us. I admit, rebrand aside, Tan has done wonders for our club. But the connection I once had is no longer there and until I get the connection back that I had during the Eddie May days, I will never be able to enjoy supporting us as much as I did back then, however successful we might become in the future.

“You can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks, or even months over-analyzing a situation; trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could've, would've happened... or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the f**k on.”

He ain't gunna go back to blue! I just wonder how are you or those that are anti tan going to overcome this dissapointment/betrayal? Do you stop going to games or still turn up to games and watch a team that you longer feel connected?

I support Cardiff City because it's my city. My place of birth. My home.
Tan can't take that away from me.

But he has taken your identity away. Cardiff City are blue and are known as blue.

I wish he would change that badge. VT did say he would consult with fans in the future about a new badge. Hopefully he will deliver on that as well.

Why don't you send this to VT and let him know how you feel?
I agree it probably will not change anything, but who knows, a well written, non aggressive reasoning may start to put chinks in his way of thinking.
