That's what I was wondering.


This isn't just a way of getting a Sam yes man on the board through the back door is it?!

Appaently he is a chartered accountant in potters bar,London.I assume he brokered the deal.

MIchael Filiou is an accountant and a representative of Sam.

The club probably didn't want any protests by putting Sam on the board so they have got around it by putting his representative. Sam will still have some slight influence.

The only one that counts on the board is Tan, as the largest shareholder,hopefully when debt to equity is complete Tan will own the vast majority of the shares.

Langston are a Swiss-based, Panamanian-registered company.

Sam Hammam is the main contact with Langston, although he has a London-based accountant, Michael Filiou, who represents him in the UK.
