Everton in talks for Tom Ince

According to Fourth Official - who's fairly reliable - on Twitter: "Have no updates on Thomas Ince apart from we were in talks with Blackpool over a deal, all I know, sorry."

Goodison's only an hour or so away from Blackpool, but it'll be interesting to see what decision is made, should any offers be accepted.

If a source tells him Ince is on his way to Cardiff to talk personal terms with a potential medical to follow, he can be forgiven for thinking the deal was being finalised.

A "source" coudl've told him that Everton are in for Ince when they're not. If they wanted him they wouldn't have taken the chance of him being one phone call away from joining us, they would've bid before to try and make sure it didn't happen.

He had Everton's deals for Deulofeu, Kone and Alcaraz, as well as Norwich's deal for Leroy Fer noted a good 24 hours before they were confirmed - and numerous others over the last couple of seasons.
