Meeting for what? It's already decided its a voucher exchange.

The meeting is to determine the RV point for the ticket exchange, I have spoken with Wayne Palmer this afternoon and said the meeting is on Wednesday and that it is LIKELY to be at South Mimms again.
Other places have been discussed but it seems that the Met will opt for South Mimms.
