It will be an absolute joy to go running in torrential rain compared to the shit I've had to deal with lately. All I can say is bring on the winter or even better 10 degree weather which is ideal.

I run 10k's in 40 mins 3 times last week in a boiling gym! Not that hard!

Fair play thats pretty good going. I wouldn't be great over 10km at the moment as I'm pretty out of shape. My best is 38.17 but I have run very few of them and could have done better. I've hit 17.29 on a 5km but I'm damed if I can get anywhere near that since.
