Looks like he's not in Malkys plans.

I feel that if Malky wanted him, he'd of signed for us weeks ago.

I agree. Leon done very well for us last season but I'm not convinced he's Premier League class. He deserves more than a move to Doncaster though.

There is a reason why he is leaving a premiership club, a good championship player but alas no higher.

He wants to be guaranteed first choice but he won't because Hudson guarnteed place and malky will spend a good few quid on a partner for him. He won't come

Fairly sure the same could be said about Matthew Connolly. Three consecutive promotions, yet no real Premier League experience.
After watching him last season, I would much rather see Barnett next to Hudson ahead of Connolly and Turner.
That is, if we can't sign anyone of a higher standard to wipe them all from the team sheet.

He did a job, upped his game trying to impress and clearly isn't a standard near what malky wants or he would of been the first one in, says a lot when Doncaster are the only ones interested

You're right Connolly will also not be up to standard to play regularly. Decent squad player. I'm sure Malky is aware of the squads limitations.

The rest of that story goes on to say that Doncaster are currently the only interested club.

Be interesting but MM no doubt knew that he could be leaving on a free and now it is confirmed then we will only wait and see what happens.
