SSN report that Norwich are leaving him go on a free. Thought he did a cracking job when he came to us. It appears as though he is not in MM's plans but may be useful as back up.

Will be a useful player considering its on a free. Would be decent back up for Hudson or Turner.

Calvet is apparently having a trial with us this week, but having Barnett on a free would be a bargain. I suppose MM must have something else in the pipeline.

Personally I would like to see Leon signed. As an old romantic I would like to see a genuine player who helped us over the line - and created one of the iconic images of promotion - being part of our adventure next season!

I'd definitely take him on a free but apparently no contact has been made between the club and him so I don't think we'll be going for him, shame really considering he was quality for us

Oh yes, I know it comes at a cost, no doubt he will want a signing fee as well.

Well if MM thinks Hudson can do a Job for us, surely he must see it that Barnett can too, as he did everything that Hudson did and in the air I dont remember him missing many at all.

Perhaps Malky had an inkling that Barnett may be released, which is why he may have held back from making a bid for him!

Malky can pick him up as a free signing now, (Yes I know nothing is really for free in this world ) if he was interested in the first place!
