I love your use of red top type letters page quotes to express your point of view. The smilies are an added bonus. So, can I get this right, I was curious as to the points of view that would be put across at the meeting, however because of the tag lines I feel uncomfortable, but I need to get a grip, you are doing a brilliant job at recruitment.

I know a little about it. Not really anything about the band, however.

Hoping to profit? If they are a band and are looking to sell CDs, where is the harm in that? The aim of the evening is to discuss plans going forward.. From what I gather, just like the T-shirts, monies will be raised to spend on celebrating blue..

This is just my guess though, I could be wrong mate.

What I will say for sure though, is that this isn't just a promo night for the band.

Right, BU are not suggesting they are 'oppressed.' The name of the well known band is 'The Oppressed.' They are launching a single at next weeks event, according to the flier. Likewise, the catchline of the flier gently pokes fun at Tans comments from yesterday.

If you really are that touchy about a gentle play on words, I suggest you leave it all well alone.

Personally, I wish BU well. A pretty major change was made to our clubs identity a year ago and Sian and the team have the guts and work ethic to try - through entirely peaceful means - to do something about it. Good luck to them.

I wouldn't like to wear a tee shirt with them words on. I hope that the Woman in charge has endorsed the wording. otherwise it's just shitheads gobbing off. Like I say lowest common denominator.

I support the group, simple as. To me, it's just a fun play on Tan's words yesterday, but if it were me designing the posters, I would stay away from anything that could deter people supporting the cause.

Just the same as I don't think the t shirts should have the slogan "I don't have to sell my soul."

I agree Barry but there does seem to be a large element of Cardiff fans that dislike the rebrand but are looking for a utopian protest movement. Well, I'm afraid utopia doesn't exist and whilst none of us will agree with every word of every BU poster, every BU tweet or every public statement, they are the 'only show in town' and tbf, they get a lot more right than they get wrong, imo.
