Poem: In the Cardiff slums

If you’re a Cardiff City fan it’s really not that funny
You can’t attract players even though you try to pay big money
You may have your Malaysian coin
It’s a pity no one wants to join
Malaysian currency is called Ringgit
The problem being everyone knows, you’re shit
Cardiff’s a shambles, but where to begin
No matter who you bid for, you cant bring anyone in
Apart from a Danish striker Andreas Cornelius
His boyhood hero, is managed by us
If he was any good Laudrup would know
Tom Ince isn’t the only one, to tell you boys no
Your first Premier League game is away to West Ham,
Cardiff City , is an absolute sham
West Ham will be forever blowing bubbles
Your fans will bring shame, always causing troubles
Your owner has made you a laughing stock
We all know Craig Bellamy is an absolute cock
He brought a book out, but not many Cardiff fans can read
Throw them a few dead rats and let them all feed
That’s a treat for the family,

When you visit the Liberty

You used to be called the Bluebirds
Your about as hard as one of my turds
I wonder how they’ll cope with the big occasion
I know you’re all proud, to call yourself Malaysian

Whilst we are off on a European Tour

An £8million fee agreed for the Blackpool wing
And after three weeks of almost begging
I just read a quote from Tom Ince
The thought of playing for Cardiff made me wince
My dad is taking out a restraining order
I’d rather stay in the championship, than transfer.
Everyone knows Cardiff will go down ,
That guy Vincent Tan, what an absolute clown
As you can see from the smile on my face
It’s cos I won’t have to go back to that God forsaken place
I’d rather stay at Blackpool with my Dad and my chums
Than move to the Cardiff slums
