Just read that on BBC, if I was Moyes I would snap their hands off for that. I think Mata alone is worth 20 odd million.

It seems as if Chavski have offered a cash deal and Manure have leaked out the 10m + Mata bid. Sounds as if Moyes didn't appreciate the way Jose has been talking about his player and decided on a bit of shit stirring of his own

Chelsea have made an opening bid and I expect José to get his man.
Rooney's been unhappy at united for a while and everything points to him leaving.

Why would Chelsea want Rooney and why would they be willing to offer Mata plus cash for him? Mata is a far better player than Rooney, as is Oscar, Hazard, Lampard, Torres, Ba, Lukaku etc. If Rooney wasn't English, he would be talked about as a slightly above average Premiership player, but because he's English, he's still world class according to the press!

if i were chelsea id rather mata, him oscar and hazard started to look dangerous last year.

He'll sign for them eventually this window IMO.

They would have take Luiz and Mata, it's clear they want rid of him.
