Agreed. If we don't get them in now and lose the first 6/7 games,it will be Malky's head on the block. If I was him I'd be working flat out to get players in now. If we get left behind and struggle badly,there will be no amount of fist pumps that would save his job.

And Malky not working hard to get players in?
I guess he's in Switzerland with his feet up & sipping a nice glass of wine this week?!

it seems to me like its proving difficult to convince top quality players to sign for a club that has never been in the premier league..

I agree it appears a concern, and we fans, being in the dark, haven't got the old ITK scraps to feed off anymore. I for one are more than happy in trusting the management team to do what they can to get the players we need in, and if that don't happen it won't be because Malky is young, or new to the Premier League or any other bollocks - we are a club who hasn't been there for 51 years.

Malky is the best thing that has happened to our club in along time, as is Vinnie (with one obvious red exception). Let's just stay calm and KTF.

I'm sure Malky's doing all he can at this stage. Losing out on 2 good signings in Wanyama and Ince was a bummer and it seems to have knocked the club somewhat. I think we should have made the extra to get Wanyama - as he will easily make the step up and be a big player for them. Had we got Ince, I think he possibly would have needed a season before we saw the real deal - only my opinion. Of the two, I was more disappointed on not signing Wanyama. Lets hope there's a few major surprises soon!
