Probably been frightened off by the thought of several "ample" chaps indulging in spot of monkeyfacing, whatever that is I have yet to discover!!

BTW Mark if you're need of a top line Consulting Engineer, I run the Water/Wastewater side of Ramboll UK but was involved with Infrastructure for developments for nigh on twenty five years. This new Flood and Water Management Bill is going to be problematic for new developments especially the removal of the automatic right to connect surface water to the public sewer system. I've already had a run in with Welsh Water over this!! You'll probably know our Cardiff Director!!
