If Scott Parker is interested in joining the City from Spurs then having a chat with his good mate Craig could help make the difference.
They became good mates when Craig was at West Ham.
Both are model pros with a passion for the game.

If he moves from Spurs I can see him going to QPR. Link up with Redknapp and presumably he would not have to move.

Be nice if we went in and see if MM could convince him.

At his age in his career he is not going to up sticks and move his family again now he is back home.
Wouldnt surprise me if he went back to West Ham

I agree with this, his clubs have been
Charlton
Norwich City (loan)
Chelsea
Newcastle United
West Ham United
Tottenham Hotspur
Something tells me he likes to live in london

Trouble with that Dando is, If he said no (as he wants to stay in London) We will have the resident doom-mongers and jacks saying " CCFC snubbed again " and " We're doomed, We're doomed ".

West Ham co-owner David Sullivan admits the club would love to bring Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker back to the club.
Parker was a popular figure at the Hammers before his departure to White Hart Lane in 2011 and is thought to be surplus to requirements at Spurs.
Responding to questions on Twitter Sullivan said he "would love to have Scott Parker back if there is room on the wage bill".
He also went on to add that signing offensive players remained the priority, saying: "We need goalscorers not defenders".
"We are happy with the rest of the team all we need now is pace and goals."
