My apologies for initially thinking your comments were unacceptable.

Based on those reports , although it was an individual employee that was guilty of paedophile acts going back to the early 1970s , the club hardly covered itself in glory by the way it sought to cover up any scandal.

Training compensation is a FIFA regulation where any club involved in the "Development" of a young player between the age of 12 - 23 years old can claim, 5% of transfer fee is the standard. In Kenya alone Nairobi City Stars, AFC Leopards, JMJ Academy, and Country Bus are all in for a share already. Helsingborg and Beerschot in Europe also have a claim. Then of course you have his agents who also had a piece of the player which is probably why they wanted £1m each from the transfer.
