Wasn't it Dortmund and a few top European teams after kimbo?? and several top English sides, as well, were chasing Cornelius. So, that we can poach Players in from top sides across Europe must show Cardiff pushing at the front of the Transfer market. Makes me feel an immense sense of pride, that we can compete at the very top for signatures when other prominent clubs in Europe who have more experience in transfer dealings. With the pre-season madness going on at the moment, perhaps the cautious approach taken by Malky and his Recruitment team, will pay off, after Cheltenham game-then we will see quality down at the CCS.

The idea of the mentioning of Dortmund is they sent Scouts to watch them in a game but that was that and didn't want to go further and make any bid for the player.

Do you believe for one minute that Tom Ince would still be at Blackpool if his daddy was not there? The fact that the lad has been brought up with riches from his dad, means he has no real need for money so can take a chance that he won't smash his leg up in the Championship or get seriously injures before a big 4 club comes for him...or maybe Real Madrid, Barcelona or whoever else his father said would be interested in this superstar who struggled for the poor English under 21 team.

We did compete with Blackpool, they accepted our bid. We couldn't compete with the ego imo.

He didn't want to move his girlfriend and newborn baby, and with his father managing him the rest of his family live nearby. That's why he won't move, at this stage he needs the support of his family

Why bother coming down for talks and wasting our time, the baby didn't just spring out of thin air he would of known about the baby ages ago .
His dad has told him to wait for a bigger club, which I would be surprised if he got one
