Tom Ince STILL ON?

Sat Jul 13, 2013 10:06 am

Do you think Tom Ince waited for Cardiff to sign Wannyama before deciding whether we'd match his ambition? If true, perhaps he is waiting for Malky to land a few quality players before agreeing a move. What ya think?

Tom Ince believes he is only good enough for a top 6ish premiership team.

Unfortunately for him he will be playing for a bottom 6 championship team

Not in the slightest.

He said he's staying for family reasons. Unless a club fairly close to Blackpool comes calling, I'd be very surprised if he leaves this summer.

So you both think that he purposely wasted Malky's time? If true very poor conduct by the ince's .

Can we just make this clear one final time - he's been promised the earth at Liverpool, will sign in January and he doesn't have to moev his family around!

Now let's move on.

No, because - as far as we know - he never agreed to come in the first place. A fee was agreed, he came down to check things out, and then went home to see the birth of his first child. That's a lot to handle within the space of a week.

He used Cardiff, all this talk about fatherhood being a factor is bollux.

Oh, you know that for a fact, do you? I didn't know you've been a fly on the wall during the Ince family discussions.

Get real. The only reason a fuss is being made about Ince is the fact it's been well publicised since a fee was agreed.

With most jobs, if it's offered to you - with more money, a better location, etc - you're more than likely to check it out, even if you're happy where you are. It's no different here.

Not a fly on the wall, We're all giving our opinion and yours seem to be in the tiny minority who still believe that Ince had every intention of signing until the shock of fatherhood spun him out. :laughing6:

I reckon this is down to Paul Ince, the father, rather than Paul Ince, the manager, advising his son that he can do better than City. This is not a good move for Blackpool though as he could leave for nothing next year. If he does go to someone like Liverpool or Everton or Arsenal then he will be a benchwarmer at best, most likely only playing in cup matches. Will not do his career any good at all. At least if he came to us he would be playing week in week out putting himself in the shop window and getting Premiership experience if one the "big" teams came in for him later down the line. Bad move by Ince.

I'm not sure his father is making him hold out for a bigger move or Tom Ince is attatched to the North West. But i do believe the games he played with Cardiff was all his fathers idea. Pair of tossers if that is the case.

f**k him he turned us down. I just wish everyone would forget about the time wasting prick so there'd be no more threads about him!
