Shahid Khan Statement re Fulham Fans

Mr. Shahid Khan has now become the new owner of Fulham FC and what a statement he has come out with with regards to the ownership of the club. A statement that he intends to look after and listen to the supporters of Fulham FC. A some what different stance to some other football club owners.
A quote documented in the press reads as follows:
"I want to be clear, I do not view myself so much as the owner of Fulham, but a custodian of the club on behalf of the fans"
That must be great news for Fulham fans, having someone who looks as if he is going to take their views and wishes into account.

Not really all that much different to the kind of stuff Vincent Tan came out with
when he came to Cardiff. Words is all
