It's not as if this was something out of the blue, I'm not sure if you know how child birth works but it takes 9 months to make on of them things in the oven. If that was the reason he would have turned us down the moment we had an offer accepted.

I'm Sure he would be in Spain right now if Barca or Madrid come calling, Hell, He'd be down London if any of the bigger clubs come calling. I was patient with the kid until today because I honestly thought he would sign but it turns out he was just fishing for a bigger club IMO and his Dad has helped that along. Now Blackpool with be left with a player going on the cheap, Ince should be sacked.

I agree , when Blackpool accepted the bid ,then he agreed terms why the delay ? He would have known all about the baby and whether his partner wanted to move , the more I think about it the more I think they were hoping Liverpool or another club would bid and then when no-one came in they had to back track ! Still his loss not ours! He ' ll be paying on that cabbage patch instead of playing against Man City at CCS

His child had no influence at all. He didn't fancy being a major player in a bottom 6 team. Thinks he's bigger than Cardiff after having an above average championship season he wants to go at least mid table (Liverpool). If he's right or not time will tell.
