Count me in, fella. As an experienced Centre Half, I'd give my hind teeth to play for Cardiff City FC (and I can provide my own boots!)

How do you know if they want to play for Cardiff City until you put an offer in front of them?

If you put an open question out there asking "Who wants to play for Cardiff City" the list would be void of the quality to play in the PL. Sven Ghali (above) being a prime example.

You identify the players that have the quality and then you go after them. That is the point at which you get an idea as to whether they are up for it.
