Should have given him an ultimatum a few days ago, and we could have used some of the 8m to put the extra pennies into the wanyama deal. Now we have missed out on two targets. Things are going to be very difficult from here on in as clubs will now see us as desperate after being shunted twice.
Mr Tan more transfer kitty may well be required if we are to get the quality players that we need to stay up.
So much for people in the know saying we have definite signings this week, time to start worrying as we have been left in the blocks on the transfer front. I know that we have cornelius but most teams have signed an average of 5-7 players already.
The rejection is worrying especially if he was offered a reported 40k per week.
