All this talk of left winger Tom Ince is great, but in my opinion our biggest cause of concern is our entire right side or defence and midfield, lacking a bit of Premier League quality there, wonder who MM is considering to solve that issue?

With Bellers on the left im pretty sure Ince is going to be playing on the right. Maybe a factor why hes having a long think.
