BETTER THAN A NEW SIGNING

NICKY MAYNARD . if he had played the full season we would av been promoted by new years day . he is settled in proper and must be gagging to set the prem on fire. hope city fans have not forgot about him because in the right system i think he will be awesome this season

Could be as good as Darren bent you never know. Always had a good goal scoring record in the championship who is to say he can't do that in the premiership either, hope he gets his chance because I think he could surprise a lot of people

Totally agree.Maynard & Campbell only played 10mins together @ hull so,both could be a breath of fresh air.

If Maynard didn't get injured in the next 3 games he would of scored imo.

Was vital in the few home games at the start.

I agree, it's like a new signing, but the dopes claiming him and Campbell's partnership could be something similar to Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole need their heads checked.

I would be suprised if there is a campbell/maynard partnership considering we have just signed a striker for 8.5m.

Corny away from home on his own and playing alongside Campbell at home is my guess. Nicky will be bench warming and playing in the Carling cup IMO
