Am I pissed? A West Ham side got into the top 10 then Swansea(with minimal strength in depth) why can't they challenge for at least a top 10 finish? Cracking signings, not spending too much either, recouped their money well. Must be something in the water there, we complain and say Malky isn't a big name but Hughton isn't really a big name and he's attracting all these players?

Maybe but top 8 finish i just cant see it. These teams should finish above norwich, Manu, chelsea, arsenal, man city, liverpool, spurs, everton, swansea, west ham, southampton, fulham

It's the exact approach I'd like to make, Cornelius was 7.5m-8.5m, if we sign Ince that puts it up to around 16/17m just on two players, I'd like us to limit spending but go for players like Fer and Olsson, they aren't costing much at all. Norwich is a very good model to take, young british players willing to succeed and then two years later, add young foreign talent willing to succeed

I agree Olsson and fer would have made great signings for us

Your difficulty is your a newly promoted club so what have you got to offer over the likes of Norwich, fulham, stoke and ourselves. We we ridiculed on here for playing boring tippy tappy but that kept us up and also encouraged the likes of caulker and sigi to sign.
