Tom Ince Situation

Wed Jul 10, 2013 1:12 pm

By the fact that Tom Ince keeps delaying decision on whether he wants to join us or not says too me that should he join, he won't put 100% into every game as he doesn't want to be here. However if he decides to sign on the dotted line, Malky needs to be 100% certain that Ince will put everything into every game to justify his price tag.

At the minute if I were Malky, I'd be looking at other pacey wingers just in case Ince decides he doesn't want too join us.

Your thoughts on this?

I dont buy that. I cant see why everybody assumes the worst about Ince just because he's taking his time.

Whats wrong with having a good think about your future before you make potentially life changing decisions?

He will do what he feels is right for him. If he doesnt want to sign, then you accept that and moves on.

1 joining a club just promoted to the premier league is a big decision
2 playing in the premier league without any experience requires a lot of thought (how much game time will he get? will he spend next season on the bench?)
3 if MM didnt think Ince would give 100% he wouldnt want to sign him
4 MM has probably got players in the background he likes if Ince chooses not to join us

The flip side to your paranoid theory is this:

What if Ince had signed straight away. Yes Malky, pay me what you like Malky, i just want to play in the
Premiership Malky.

Could that not mean we would be getting a player who just wasnt arsed who he signed for as long as he
got to the Premiership and once he got that contract he would just be going through the motions?

See... all the bullshit theorys under the sun dont mean jack shit.... cos nobody knows whats happening/happened
