That in itself is a very intriguing thought, perhaps he is staying at the hotel over night and someone has drove his car for him to prepare. His car being here could either mean he's close to the move and needing it to get around the city whilst he sorts out his personal things when concluding the move or he's planning a quick dash away but I hope not the latter. I know he's on a decent wage, and its a 25 grand car. But even he has to think about the insurance costs, him being so young.

No. I use to work for an insurance broker. That is against the Data protection act.
You can do a HPI check. or similar to above - but will never identify the registered keeper of the number plate.

Funny how serious this has got! I only posted it as it was coincedental at the time!
