Think its a bit of we've played our hand, and we are sticking to it, the balls in Celtic's court now, I think they will hold out for as long as possible for a better offer, if not they will accept ours. We could've moved on by then though.

i got a bet with my mate that we will sign him lol cmon malky sort it
then again if we dont sign him il get out of it by saying we never agreed a date of when we sign him so would have to wait until retirement for payment

Celtic want more money upfront. They are happy to get between £10/12 m but want a substantial amount upfront.

I would think this has been influenced by the extortionate fees being requested by the Agents also.
Malky has made his bid, the ball is in Celtic's court, until Malky fills the void with another option.
