O/T BT Vision - Is it any good?

Thinking of switching... Anyone got it?

I switched over a week last Wednesday - so far I've had to call them about 6 times and spent 5 hours on the phone only to be told (eventiually) there is a known fault at my exchange which is why my broadband is intermittent. And when broadband is down, all the extra channels that come with my TV PLus package go down as well including Sky Sports 1 & 2. MIssed the Lions test so fuming. Have told them I will be expecting a refund on my first month.
When it works it's good though!

Shit and i thought sky were bad,tell them your moving to virgin mate,youll get all sorts of goodies
