We moan about some of the transfer decisions by Malky and to be honest, his decisions in the transfer market have never been questioned. People say that Velikonja was a waste of money, I think very much like Malky did with Kimbo, he was being patient and waiting until he is ready, Ettien may just need more time, but Kimbo is without a doubt absolute quality and will prove to be one of the best young players in the Premier League this season.
With all these major names being linked and the singing of Cornelius really excites me regardless of what Paul Abbandonato says, this kid is one of the most exciting young prospects in European football and was link to some of the biggest names in the game!! why would he join little old Cardiff City, well Ill tell you.
The financial backing of this club regardless of the re-branding and thoughts of the red/blue, is fantastic. We should all grab this chance with two hands and enjoy these times, remember this is about the clubs survival and not just about colour of choice. Like all fans, id love to be in blue regardless of what anyone says about me, but im sorry to say that Tans money comes at a price, its not one any of us want and that includes me, but this club will eventually be debt free, own a world class stadium facility, a world class training academy at UEFA 'A' licence level, and also a squad of players to be proud of. We are potentially one of the soundest clubs in the country at the moment. Its sad to see but look at Coventry? Rangers, Portsmouth and Darlington the list will get bigger this year I have no doubt.
The science and methodology in the backroom of our club is sheer brilliant, and Malky is a huge part of all this. What Malky,Kerslake,Terroso, Collinge and McBride and all the backroom staff do, is modern football at its absolute best.
Regardless of what people say about the agents and clubs not playing ball but Malky is brilliant at seeing talent and encouraging them to join our wonderful club, and I feel that Ince and a few brilliant youngsters People need to understand, Malky is heading for the top, and we are lucky he is here to develop this club, at the stage we are at. I don't care what anyone says, his voice, his sheer enthusiasm for what he does, and the love he has for Cardiff City is truly inspiring, he breeds motivation and confidence, and its hard once he has spoken to a player, for them to refuse or turn us down.
People take what I say on twitter as total negativity, im a so called 'kiss ass' of Steve Borley, however its totally not true. I love CCFC like all fans do and im very patriotic and passionate about this club and everything in my life. Steve has put masses of his own hard earned money into this club, and people dive on him as if he also aint got an opinion on things, surely like all CCFC fans he is allowed. Joanne, Steve's daughter runs the House of Sport and is doing a fantastic job for CCFC not only for the club but also the community. Schools, colleges and sports clubs around Wales are using this facility and people batter him with insults and the like about what he can and cannot say on twitter or on AAMB.
He may say things that upsets the so called BU followers, but like myself and many other fans, things get heated because passion overrides what we say and do, but you have to remember he was there when nobody else was, he paid the taxman on more than one occasion. Lets not forget this club is bigger than any fan, bigger than any owner, and bigger than any other club in this planet as far as im concerned, we are Cardiff City Football Club.
Lets embrace the premier League and enjoy it like you'd never believe.
