Loic Remy

Sun Jul 07, 2013 6:48 am

Anyone take him here? Not really wanted by any of the big clubs and could end up playing in the championship.

Obviously wages may be an issue, but overall a very good player and I think we could get him if we wanted him, definitely within our reach fast as f**k and can score

A tidy player, but I don't think we need any more firepower...

We do if it improves what we have already? We are taking a step up no room for sentiment.

The only thing I could think of is taking him on a six month loan to get him of QPRs wage bill. That way if he is a dirty rapist then we're not stuck with him.

On the other hand we don;t particularly want that sort of person here, even if he is a talent.

I imagine Kevin St Luce would be very interested in how we justified having him.

He's staying.

Strange nobody is going to take a punt on him but seems a pr*ck.

He is available on a free.

I'm sure I saw they wanted his 6.8 mil release clause.

He had a relegation clause in his contract so if they go down, he can go for free.

A lot of clubs and fans seem to think he is toxic (and expensive):

Here we go again?

There's been a lot in the Press recently about interest in Remy, particularly from Newcastle and Spurs, fees quoted from £5m to £10 m.

Then again if you say he's available for free cos he has a clause, then fair do's!

Would seem a great bit of business by QPR, pay £6.8m for a player, see him perform well and then let him go a few months later for nothing? Must be true then?

cant be branding him a prick etc for all we know he is innocent and he is a good player, everyone jumps on people from what they hear and It damages their name when found out they were innocent.

A lot of clubs do it, they were desperate and he wanted that so QPR went along with it.

Demba Ba had it with West Ham aswell.

Season long loan... Don't have to stump up all his massive wage... Couldn't be to bad.

Showed flashes of brilliance last season and one spectacular goal. Has pedigree.
If Malky can turn the "odd flash" into consistant performance we could be onto a winner. I'd take him (at a reasonable fee).

Totally unreliable though TC, cos Dando said he's available for Free. There's a clause in his contract, Dando knows!

Bit of a surprise there's not much interest in a player of his calibre who can sign for Nothing, don't you think?

Every club wants a rapist at their club, if he does go down for it.
