City's Getting Bigger

Sat Jul 06, 2013 8:52 pm

Most of the big clubs have been in their respective top divisions for donkeys years. Imagine if any club had to endure what Cardiff have had to in the past 50 years - it would take a huge toll on those so-called bigger clubs - especially fan base wise.
Now I firmly believe capital city can be talked about in the same vain as Newcastle, etc but it will take more time. We have a huge catchment area and some of the most partisan fans in the country - without any doubt!
In my eyes, Cardiff are building the blocks for the future and can be like a Celtic, Everton, etc within 10 - 15 years - as long as we stay in the PL and that's the key! The stadium will be expanded and our fan base will grow and grow. BELIEVE!!! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

That is going to be the problem staying in the premier league. However I do believe that we will stay up this season (just). I just hope we can keep hold of malky and build. :ayatollah:

I believe 100% in malky and the signings he's made and the ones he's trying to make.
With tans support Cardiff City has a bright future and can grow into the club we all know its capable of being.

I think we will stay up. Our support will be a big factor though - both home and away - the 12th man so-to speak.
The derby with the jacks will be massive and will create a lot of interest Globally! But like I said, to achieve our potential (wake the sleeping giant) we need to stay in the PL, compete, consolidate and stay in the top 10 - Forever!!! Why not!
