He's decided to stay at Blackpool for one more year and has taken up a year extension on his contract.

We move on :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Where have you got this from?

Re: Ince deal is OFF

I can understand him turning us down for another Prem club, but there is no way he would stay in the Championship when there is a big wage offer to play at the top level and possibly get a call up for an England friendly.

Where is this information from anyway.

He's waiting for another club, if he has to wait till January to join a club then so be it, he's in no rush to move, he's happy at Blackpool and with his dad as manager he knows that he will do his uttermost best to revolve the team around him. He's still only a young age so will have plenty more opportunities come available to him.

Good player but clearly a big time Charlie (like his dad) not the sort of player we need.

I'm not having a go at you as I believe you have heard this info, but, I'm sure MM would have had an inkling if Ince was going to do this, and would not have told TalkSport what he did about sitting down with Ince and his family in the coming days. I feel he will sign for us. Who knows though, this info may well be spot on.

Well what do you class as official? The club aren't going to come out and say a bid was rejected are they? Be a bit pointless

It's cringey when people pretend to be ITK. People are obsessed with it on this forum.

I tend to agree with you. I also think that his price is totally inflated, & the ad dons even more so.

We shall see.

Appreciate that and understand you're not having a go, I agree it is a bit strange but Malky has been set back a few times remember, for example Campbell rejected us initially on loan before joining permanently in January. It's a bitter pill to swallow after tracking this player for some time and not ending up triumphant in our quest to sign him but we will move on and find a similar player, hopefully cheaper so the budget isn't stretched :ayatollah:

Yes good point there. If this turns out to be true then I will be slightly gutted we didn't make a move for Nathan Redmond.

As you say, we move on. I'm sure MM has other irons in the fire. :ayatollah:

Nothing has been reported on Ince for 24 hours and so the assumption is it's off but there is no chance.

Re: Ince deal is OFF

We need quality players who WANT to play for us.
Both Ince and Wanyama have had more than enough time to sign on the dotted line.
It's as if we're doing them both a favour. Didn't read about too many top teams splashing the cash for Ince. Let both Ince's rot in Blackpool. They won't beat the likes of QPR, Reading or Wigan. The Championship next season is going to be a complete bitch to get out of.
We move on.

What happened to the South Americans???

Blackpool will be a bottom half team in my opinion it will be a really strong Championship but I guess when you're the clubs best player you sort of have that confidence that keeps you going etc. Wanyama was annoyed as he didn't sign for QPR this January so it sort of shows where his ambitions lie. I think Malky will definitely keep to the same approach though, highly rated youngsters but maybe a bit cheaper.

I think we could see one South American in but it's a hard market to tap etc, especially with bedding in a player, as you have to consider them learning a new language, adapting to new climates and the deal itself when it comes to work permits etc

It's the same whisper probably. A whisper that was Bourne from no news in 24 hours.

The whisper went out, it's brought to message boards everywhere as fact and then goes back to twitter as murmurs.

Absolute rubbish.
The latest report by the Blackpool Gazette has simply said that Ince is back in training. They also say that he is CERTAIN to move on this summer!
Why posters make up these stories beats me. Simply attention seeking I assume.

This is almost comedy gold.

Your telling me that Paul Ince is telling his son, who he wants to become an England International and Superstar has had a quick
word in his shell-like and said "Blackpools the place for you son, you me and the swamp, its gonna be great for your career""
You are obviously a jack. But try harder eh?

Because he's playing his best at Blackpool? No he won't get into the World Cup squad or probably get in the squad for an England friendly but if he keeps playing like he does at Blackpool he will attract a move to a bigger club in the future and aim to play for England in the Euros.
