Cardiff City Player problem

Just renewed Cardiff City Player for the next month to watch what happens over pre-season, but even though I've paid for the subscription it still says I need to pay when I click on a video to watch. Anyone else had this problem before?
Top picture shows I've paid for my subscription and the bottom picture shows what comes up when I click on a video while I'm signed in.

Was your payment successful?
If it was, email the customer support @ perform sports media.

It's all sorted now thanks, fiddled around with it, signed in and out a few times and finally got there.
